Our clientele includes Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies **Job Title:** Director – Human Resources **Role Description:** The role of a Director of Human Resources (Employee Experience) focuses on leading the Human Resources function at the Director level with a primary emphasis on enhancing the employee experience within the organization. This entails developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that aim to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. As the Director of Human Resources for Employee Experience, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR programs and practices. Your responsibilities also encompass monitoring performance metrics, addressing workforce needs, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing significantly to the organization's success by fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being within the organization. - HR Strategy: Create and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive employee experience. - Policy Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies that contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to assess the impact of HR programs and make data-driven decisions to improve the employee experience. - Change Initiatives: Manage change initiatives related to the employee experience, helping employees navigate changes and adapt successfully. - Conflict Resolution: Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and effectively resolve conflicts as they arise. - Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure that HR programs and practices are integrated seamlessly. - Budget Management: Manage HR budgets, optimize resource allocation, and monitor expenses related to employee experience initiatives. - Well-Being Programs: Develop and implement well-being programs that support employee health and mental wellness. - Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives to employees and stakeholders, promoting understanding and alignment. - Leadership Development: Foster leadership development through HR programs and initiatives, supporting the growth of employees in leadership roles. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior management and HR partners to align HR and employee experience strategies with broader organizational objectives. - Ethical Conduct: Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all HR and employee experience practices and decision-making. - Cultural Sensitivity: Understand and respect cultural differences within a diverse workforce, promoting inclusivity. - Reports and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the impact and outcomes of HR and employee experience initiatives to senior management and stakeholders. **Preferred Educational Qualifications** - Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management **Preferred Work Experience** - Relevant work experience in HR or a related field - Experience in progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams. **Competencies & Skills** - 12+ years of strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in the BPO, IT, or ITeS industry. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide HR priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to represent the HR function effectively in customer interactions and business discussions. - Demonstrated experience in leading and developing large HR teams while partnering closely with business leaders on strategic people initiatives. - Experience in driving employee experience, engagement, attrition management, and end-to-end HR initiatives for aligned business units. - Strong project management skills with experience leading HR programs and transformation initiatives across multiple locations. - Exposure to HR technology, digital transformation, and AI-driven HR solutions to improve people processes and organizational effectiveness. - Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance, coupled with excellent communication, collaboration, agility, and adaptability to business requirement.
