IT Team Lead Location: Thane Experience: 5+ years We are looking for a hands-on IT Team Lead to guide a small team of engineers and manage our core infrastructure. You will split your time between leading the team and directly managing our Linux servers, enterprise network, and firewall security. Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Mentor a team of System/Network Administrators, assign tasks, and manage project delivery. - Linux Administration: Maintain and harden enterprise Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu). Automate tasks using Bash, Python, or Ansible. - Network Security: Design, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, and VPNs. - Firewall Management: Manage next-gen firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), optimizing security policies and monitoring threat detection. - Uptime On-Call: Oversee monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana) and act as the escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents. Key Requirements - Experience: 5+ years in Systems/Network Admin, with 1 2 years leading or mentoring a team. - Linux OS: Deep knowledge of Linux administration, troubleshooting, and scripting. - Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, and load balancing. - Firewalls: Proven experience configuring and securing enterprise-grade firewalls. - Certifications (Preferred): CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, or firewall-specific certifications.
