Role-IT Recruiter Location-Thiruvananthapuram Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end IT hiring, preferably supporting Banking and Financial Services clientele. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently manage an RPO engagement with senior business and HR stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to offer management and closure. • Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract quality IT talent across various technical skill sets. • Partner closely with MD, VP-HR, Business Heads, and other senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver against recruitment objectives. • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights. • Independently manage day-to-day RPO engagement activities with minimal supervision or direction. • Build strong relationships with business leadership and act as a trusted recruitment partner. • Ensure timely closure of critical and niche IT positions while maintaining quality of hires. • Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness. • Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and talent market insights to senior stakeholders. • Stay updated on IT talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • 6+ years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. • Prior experience supporting Banking / BFSI clientele is highly preferred. • Strong hands-on experience in IT sourcing and recruitment. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with MD, VP-HR, Business Heads, and senior leadership. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good presentation and reporting skills with the ability to present recruitment data and insights to leadership. • Experience managing recruitment requirements independently with minimal supervision. • Strong understanding of the RPO recruitment model and client engagement management. • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment. • Strong ownership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
