Centralized Operation Manager Job Description We are looking for an experienced Operation manager to oversee our business operations in an assigned. The Operation manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Centralized Operation Manager Responsibilities: • KYC Knowledge • Experience in Loan disbursement • Manage the productivity & quality of the process • Walk-in Customer management & query resolution • Cheque collection, deposition & maintenance of the accurate records • Banking Operations / process - NACH / CHQ presentations • FC cases updation & closure follow up. • Impalement of new Vendor Centralized Operation Manager Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred. • 1+ year of experience. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
