Job description

The **Senior Analyst Induction and Onboarding** will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the induction and onboarding experience for new hires across the organization. This role ensures that employees feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to succeed from day one, while aligning with company culture and compliance requirements. **Onboarding Specialist -** Chandigarh - **Designation:** Induction Specialist - **Shift timing:** 10 to 7 pm - **Work Days -** 5 Days -WFO - Mon to Friday - **Notice period required** **-** Immediate Joiner to 15 days **Interested candidate can share their resume-** Farheen.chabru.c@eclerx.com **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage endtoend onboarding activities from offer acceptance to Day1 readiness. - Coordinate with recruiting, HR, IT, payroll, and background verification teams to ensure timely joining. - Ensure accurate employee data entry in HR systems and maintain onboarding records. - Address onboardingrelated queries from new hires and internal stakeholders. - Monitor onboarding SLAs, track exceptions, and highlight risks or delays proactively. - Support process improvements, documentation, and onboarding audits. - Prepare onboarding dashboards and regular status reports for stakeholders. **Qualification and skills required:** Qualification -Graduate / Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1.5+ years of experience in HR Onboarding / HR Operations / Preboarding roles. - Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance, and documentation. - Experience working with HRIS tools and ATS platforms.t.
