We are looking for a seasoned Holiday Packages Operation professional to drive high-quality holiday solutions and manage premium client relationships. Key Highlights: \\* Drive Operations and manage end-to-end holiday packages (domestic & international) \\* Ensuring high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) through seamless holiday package execution \\* Optimizing supplier performance and costs while maintaining operational efficiency \\* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery \\* Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement Core Requirements: \\* 3+ years of experience in holiday packages operations or travel industry roles \\* Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and holiday pricing \\* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills \\* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Preferred: \\* Immediate joiners \\* Candidates from the travel industry Regards Aman - TA 7906857559
