We are looking for an experienced Java Lead Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves leading technical teams, driving architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful project delivery. Mandatory Skills • Java 8/11/17 • Spring Boot • Microservices Architecture • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Mandatory • RESTful APIs & Web Services • SQL/NoSQL Databases • Docker & Kubernetes • CI/CD Pipelines • Git, Maven, Jenkins • Agile/Scrum Methodologies Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Microservices-based solutions. • Architect and implement cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. • Mentor and guide development teams while providing technical leadership. • Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices for efficient deployments. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis. • Participate in solution architecture discussions and technology evaluations. Required Experience • 10+ years of software development experience with Java technologies. • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices development. • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as: • GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) • Cloud Run • Pub/Sub • Cloud Storage • BigQuery • Cloud SQL • IAM • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. • Strong knowledge of API design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
