Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Agent with a background in BPO operations to support logistics and shipment-related processes. The role involves handling back-office operations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities • Managing & improving Customer Experience • Managing SLAs, AHT, Utilization, Outliers, Attendance, and Attrition • Client Management through effective SLA monitoring, query resolution and weekly connects. • Employee Development & improvement of Employee satisfaction index • Succession Planning • Process and Productivity Improvements • Performance reviews • Work in collaboration with the Quality / Work force planning & HR teams • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (Good knowledge of MS excel) • Effective Floor Management during volume processing and TAT deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications- • Experience in BPO / BPS / back-office operations • Good understanding of operational processes • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling) • Strong data entry and documentation skills • Good communication and attention to detail • Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an added advantage
