Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Agent with a background in BPO operations to support logistics and shipment-related processes. The role involves handling back-office operations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks. Key Responsibilities - Managing & improving Customer Experience - Managing SLAs, AHT, Utilization, Outliers, Attendance, and Attrition - Client Management through effective SLA monitoring, query resolution and weekly connects. - Employee Development & improvement of Employee satisfaction index - Succession Planning - Process and Productivity Improvements - Performance reviews - Work in collaboration with the Quality / Work force planning & HR teams - Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting (Good knowledge of MS excel) - Effective Floor Management during volume processing and TAT deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications- - Experience in BPO / BPS / back-office operations - Good understanding of operational processes - Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling) - Strong data entry and documentation skills - Good communication and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an added advantage
