**Purpose of the Role** To manage Warehouse operations, maintain infrastructure, manage inventory as per agreed norms and settle dealer claims within agreed timeframe. To Service the parts to customers at right time, in right quantity and in right condition is of utmost importance from customer satisfaction perspective. This position deals with all above aspects of supply chain for parts business and plays a pivotal role for maintaining smooth serviceability. **Job Responsibility** - Drive and Monitor the performance of Warehouse service provider. - Timely servicing of customer orders based on pre-fixed dispatch schedule - Inventory & storage management for maximizing operational efficiency - Automation/Improvement of warehouse processes for efficiency enhancement - Ensuring inwarding of right quality material for minimizing the cycle time of overall process - Coordinate with Service provider to prepare goods receipt note and process the same for payment. - Manage the inventory as per specified norms. - Designing robust and economical packaging design to ensure safe storage and delivery. - Readiness for compliance of IATF 16949 for SPD PVBU - Monitor maintenance of warehouse infrastructure. - Strengthening of safety practices & initiatives for ensuring safe working environment - Review warehouse manpower competence/skill requirement and coordinate to impart training to warehouse personnel. - Monitor and review compliance to direct & indirect taxation norms and coordinate with auditors for periodic audits in order to ensure adherence and compliance - Coordinate with IT team to maintain / update the systems. - Coordinate with International Business team for dispatch of material. - Coordinate with stakeholders for timely settlement of claims. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Education - BE / B.Tech (Full Time) - Relevant Experience: 5-12 years experience in Warehousing
