Maintenance Executive

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Lead the team in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment. Troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, motors, control circuits, PLCs, and VFDs. Coordinate with the production team and operators to resolve equipment- related issues. Conduct RCA of breakdown and implement Kaizen initiatives. Implement corrective actions to improve machine reliability and plant efficiency. Monitor power consumption and improve energy efficiency. Maintain electrical records and drawings. Experience in ERP is preferred.
