Maintenance Staff

Job description

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment including quilting, lamination, foam cutting, and assembly machines. • Conduct preventive checks to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth production flow. • Troubleshoot machinery issues promptly to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency. • Support production teams by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and operational. • Maintain tools and spare parts inventory, report shortages, and assist in procurement planning. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, ISO guidelines, and EHS requirements. • Document maintenance activities in logbooks and report to supervisors regularly. • Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment upgrades. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs. Candidate Profile: • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related trade. • 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in mattress, foam, or furniture manufacturing. • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts.
