Job Summary • Office job, no Field Work. • Its an outbound calling process. Key Responsibilities • They will be calling on the leads (Existing Customer) shared by the company. • They will be briefing the customer about the product benefits. • They will be convincing the customers to renew the health insurance policy. • They will have to achieve the Given sales targets. Key Skills & Competencies (Technical and Behavioural) • Candidate should have experience in insurance sales /Renewal / channel and online product Selling. • Candidate should have good customer support experience & convincing power. • Candidate should be sharp in pitching policy to customers and should be presentable. Required Education & Experience • Fresher & Experience can apply. • BPO experienced candidates can be considered. • Under Graduate candidate can apply.
