**Job Title: Manager ? Business Human Resources (HRBP)** ### **Role Summary** The Manager ? Business HR will act as a strategic HR Business Partner, driving talent management, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, and workforce productivity. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to ensure effective HR operations while maintaining statutory compliance and a positive employee experience. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment. - Manage employee onboarding, induction, and learning development initiatives. - Partner with business stakeholders to support HR and operational objectives. - Drive employee engagement, CSR initiatives, and culture-building activities. - Support performance management, goal setting, and annual performance reviews. - Administer compensation benefits and provide payroll inputs. - Handle employee lifecycle processes including joining, separation, attendance, and time office management. - Maintain HRIS (Darwinbox), employee master data, MIS reports, and HR analytics. - Monitor HR metrics such as hiring, attrition, and workforce trends to support decision-making. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and maintain compliance documentation. - Manage contract labour, contractors, vendor relationships, and associated compliance. - Address employee relations (IR) matters and resolve workplace issues effectively. - Liaise with government authorities on labour-related matters. - Support new business/project transitions and workforce planning. - Conduct climate surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. - Manage HR budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives. ### **Key Skills Competencies** - HR Business Partnering - Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning - Compensation Benefits - Payroll Administration - Contract Labour Vendor Management - Industrial Relations (IR) - Labour Laws Statutory Compliance - Performance Management - Employee Engagement CSR - HR Analytics MIS Reporting - Darwinbox HRMS - Stakeholder Management - Training Development ### **Preferred Qualifications** - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 6?10 years of experience in Business HR/HRBP, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce, or operations-driven environments. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HRMS (Darwinbox preferred). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience supporting inbound/outbound operations and managing large contract workforce is preferred.
