Job description

Responsibilities: • Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly   • Completion of production orders within lead time.   • Monitoring the production booking in the shift.   • Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis.   • Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities • undefined • Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection.   • Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan. • undefined • Complying ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification requirements • undefined • Complying API & TSG certification requirements     Authorities: Assigning work to the operators Manpower mapping based on workload Machine loading plan based on schedule Material follow up with respective team     Accountabilities: Ontime delivery of valves Resolving assembly related issues Ensuring availabilities of required material and tools Manpower planning based on schedule Train the operator based on requirement Following 3S and disciplines
