The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations for US banking and auto loan portfolios, ensuring service delivery meets client SLAs, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring operations teams, monitoring performance metrics, driving process improvements, and handling escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction. Location : Noida 5 Days from office only US Rotational Shifts & offs Contact Person: **HR Sharan 9266364422** **Qualifications** - Strong experience in **US banking or US auto loans operations,** with a solid understanding of lending processes, strategies, and compliance requirements. - **8+ years of experience in US banking operations and 2 years on paper Manager ops - US Backoffice ops** - Proven people-management skills, including team leadership, performance management, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Operational excellence skills, such as process optimization, SLA management, quality control, and data-driven decision-making. - Client management and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, reporting, presentation, and relationship building. - Ability to work effectively in US shifts and manage teams supporting US-based customers and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using operational dashboards, MIS reports, and productivity tools. - Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multicultural teams. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in banking, operations, or process management are an advantage. - Prior experience in BPO or shared services environments supporting US financial services clients is highly preferred. - Familiarity with regulatory and information security standards relevant to US banking and lending operations.
