Its mid-sized scale enables both robust, scalable solutions and an agile, customer-focused environment. Role Description The French Language Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves providing high-quality French language support across translation, interpreting, and written communication for various client processes. Day-to-day tasks include translating documents and customer communications between French and English, reviewing and refining language for accuracy and tone, and supporting customer interactions in French through calls, emails, and chat as needed. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent language use in customer service, technical support, and back-office operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining terminology databases, following client-specific guidelines, and meeting defined quality and productivity targets. Qualifications • Strong proficiency in French and English, with demonstrated skills in Translation and Interpreting. • Experience in Language Services, including handling multilingual customer interactions and documentation. • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences. • Attention to detail, with strong grammar, spelling, and editing capabilities in French and English. • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or related domains is an advantage. • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Comfort with using standard office software and customer support tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. • Relevant academic background in languages, translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
