B.E/Dip/ Any graduate . 1. Sourcing of Available & Upcoming Commercial Spaces: Identify and evaluate potential commercial spaces that are either available or will become available soon. 2. Communicate & Co-ordinate: Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, builders, and developers to facilitate smooth transactions and project developments. 3. Conduct Market Research and Surveys: Perform comprehensive market research and surveys to assess market supply and demand, and maintain a centralized inventory database for quick reference. 4. Procure Detailed Information: Gather in-depth information from landlords, investors, builders, and developers regarding the availability, specifications, and financial aspects of the project, development, or land parcels. 5. Assist in Inspections: Collaborate with the team to organize and conduct inspections with potential clients, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
