About the Role We're looking for a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn Marketing Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of the marketing team at Kapiva. This is a great opportunity for a fresher or early-career candidate who wants to get hands-on exposure across vendor management, consumer engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives — all within a fast- growing Ayurvedic wellness brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Administration & Vendor Operations • Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding — documentation, compliance checks, and system entry • Track and process vendor payments, maintain accurate vendor ledgers, and ensure timely reconciliation • Coordinate product shipments for shoots, sampling, and marketing activations • Schedule and manage photo/video shoot logistics — studio bookings, talent coordination, product dispatch, and on-ground support • Oversee provision and asset management across the marketing function • Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and maintain documentation readiness at all times 2. Consumer Insights & Testimonial Sourcing (CPI) • Identify, reach out to, and onboard real consumers for testimonial shoots and review programs • Build and maintain a pipeline of authentic consumer voices across Kapivas product categories • Coordinate end-to-end testimonial production — briefing, scheduling, content collection, and handoff to creative teams • Support primary consumer insight gathering through interviews, feedback loops, and community engagement 3. Strategic Initiatives & Brand Enablement • Drive execution of strategic marketing projects such as product usage content, how-to guides, and educational material development • Coordinate certification and compliance documentation relevant to marketing claims • Own reporting implementation — set up, maintain, and distribute regular marketing performance and operations reports • Support cross-functional initiatives that require marketing ops involvement — new launches, brand audits, platform rollouts What We're Looking For • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience — any discipline welcome, though a background in business, mass communication, or marketing is a plus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Comfortable with numbers, basic reconciliation, and maintaining records accurately • People skills to engage real consumers with warmth and authenticity • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; willingness to learn new tools quickly • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — someone who closes loops without being chased Good to Have • Internship experience in a D2C, FMCG, or wellness brand • Exposure to content shoots or production coordination • Genuine interest in health, wellness, or Ayurveda
