The platform has expanded into Workforce Mobility with Leverage Careers (with a focus on healthcare) and industry-integrated online programs and certifications through Leverage Online, creating comprehensive pathways from education to employment. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site MBBS Abroad Counsellor role based in Noida. The counsellor will guide prospective medical students through the complete MBBS abroad journey, including country and university selection, program fitment, and understanding admission requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions (in-person and via phone or video), explaining eligibility criteria, documentation, and application timelines, and supporting students with entrance exams and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and international partner institutions, tracking applications, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or counselling tools. The counsellor will also participate in events, webinars, and outreach initiatives, follow up with leads, and provide regular updates to students and families to ensure a smooth and transparent admission process. **Qualifications** - Strong counselling and guidance skills, with the ability to explain complex admission and regulatory processes in a clear, empathetic manner. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage. - Good research and analytical abilities to compare international medical programs, admission criteria, and regulatory requirements across countries. - Experience with student admissions, overseas education consulting, or healthcare/medical education counselling is highly beneficial. - Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, tracking applications, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in medicine, life sciences, psychology, or education counselling is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on ethical, non-discriminatory guidance and student-centric outcomes.
