As we continue to grow, Zetwerk remains focused on empowering manufacturers, creating jobs, and strengthening India’s position as a global manufacturing powerhouse - in line with the vision of Make in India, Digital India, and Startup India. **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced MDM Executive to manage and maintain accurate master data across Material, Customer, Vendor, and BOM domains for our North America business. The role involves ensuring data quality, supporting ERP processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable seamless business operations. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage and maintain accurate Material Master, Customer, Vendor, and BOM Master data across business systems. • Create, update, validate, and maintain master data while ensuring compliance with defined data quality standards. • Maintain taxation-related master data, including HSN codes, tax classifications, and other compliance requirements. • Perform regular data quality checks, audits, and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT to support business requirements. • Support ERP implementation, system enhancements, data migration, and master data governance initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve MDM processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. • Respond to master data requests and resolve queries within defined SLAs while adhering to established SOPs. • Generate reports, monitor data quality metrics, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. **Qualifications & Experience** • Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in Master Data Management. • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consumer goods organizations is preferred. • Strong understanding of Material Master, BOM, Customer, and Vendor Master data. • Knowledge of production processes and data governance principles. • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is an added advantage. **Work Timings** • This role requires working 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST to support our North America business operations. • Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
