Job Description Manager – MEP (Electrical) Company: K Raheja Corp Location: Pune Department: Projects / MEP Experience: 8–12 Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage electrical MEP execution for commercial/residential projects. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams. • Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submissions. • Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems. • Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines. • Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, productivity, and progress. • Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other MEP teams. • Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of electrical systems. • Review measurements and contractor bills and support cost control. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and project procedures. Desired Skills • Strong experience in electrical MEP execution for large-scale projects. • Good knowledge of HT/LT, DG, transformer, panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning. • Strong contractor and consultant management skills. • Good understanding of electrical drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project coordination. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
