Job description
**Key Responsibilities (KRA/KPI)** - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and governance compliance. - Manage end-to-end data lifecycle (collection, validation, storage, reporting, and archival). - Validate attendance, manpower, quality, training, and regional operational data. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations. - Perform data analysis, identify discrepancies, and maintain data quality standards. - Coordinate with regional teams for timely data collection and KPI tracking. - Monitor SLA compliance, non-performance reports, and governance metrics. - Maintain ZRT asset data, regional flash dashboards, and support central reviews. **Requirements** - Graduate with 4+ years of experience in MIS/Data Management. - Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. - Knowledge of WMS/Superset preferred. - Good communication in English & Hindi. - Willing to work 6 days a week and travel to stores as required.
