Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage motor claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as necessary. • Coordinate with repair shops, medical providers, and other stakeholders to resolve claim disputes and ensure fair settlements. • Analyze policy terms and conditions to determine coverage eligibility, liability assessment, and damages calculation. Job Requirements : • 3-5 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling or related field. • Strong knowledge of vehicle insurance policies, regulations, and industry standards. • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers, agents, and vendors.
