Roles & Responsibilities - Generate leads through field activities and references. - Build and maintain relationships with customers. - Explain Muthoot Finance products and services. - Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements. - Achieve assigned sales targets. - Maintain daily activity reports. - Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding. - Participate in training and skill development sessions. Eligibility - Fresh Graduates (2024, 2025 & 2026 Batches) - Students who have completed their 5th Semester - B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, MBA and other graduates are welcome to apply. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work in field sales. - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
