Job Summary We are looking for a Design Engineer with strong expertise in Industrial HVAC and Air Engineering. The candidate should be capable of independently designing complete HVAC systems, preparing engineering calculations, selecting equipment, and developing detailed manufacturing drawings. Products & Systems The candidate should be well-versed in the design, engineering, and equipment selection of: • Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Smart AHUs • Industrial Air Washer Units • Air Cooling, Humidification & Air Decontamination Systems • Fresh Air, Exhaust & Industrial Ventilation Systems • Industrial Fans, Blowers & Roof Extractors • Air Filtration & Clean Room HVAC Systems • Industrial Ducting & HVAC Piping • Dust Collection & Fume Extraction Systems • Turnkey HVAC & MEP Projects Key Responsibilities • Design Industrial HVAC, ventilation, exhaust and air handling systems. • Perform Heat Load, Air Quantity, Static Pressure and Pressure Drop calculations. • Prepare GA, Layout, Ducting, Piping, Fabrication and Shop Drawings. • Select HVAC equipment and prepare BOQ, BOM and technical documents. • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Projects and Site teams. • Support manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities. • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IS and other relevant standards. Required Skills • Industrial HVAC Design • AutoCAD (Mandatory) • HVAC Equipment Selection • Heat Load & Ventilation Calculations • Duct Design & Air Distribution • BOQ/BOM Preparation • MS Excel Preferred: SolidWorks, Revit MEP, HAP, Carrier E20 Desired Candidate • Experience in Industrial HVAC, EPC, Pharma, Power, Steel, Cement or Process Industries. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution. • Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
