Key Responsibilities Include: Manage end to end operations. • Implement new process flow and products. • Ensure adherence to SOPs and process flows. • Manpowermanagement- Able to resolve manpower grievances and track ST/T performance. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams- Spares, Quality, finance, central teams. • KPIs/KRAs- Repair TAT, Repair Quality, Cost saving. • Handle Tier 2 cities procurement • make roaster for DCs, Evaluators
