Job description

Key Responsibilities • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture with Core HR ,Talent Management, ORC, and Learning. • Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business, HR, and enterprise architecture objectives. • Define and govern Core HR best practices, workforce structures, security, and data governance. • Lead end-to-end implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. • Oversee integrations with payroll, ERP, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow. • Review and validate Core HR, Talent, ORC, and Learning configurations and solution designs. • Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, quarterly releases, and system changes. • Provide architectural guidance on security, compliance, reporting, and workforce data management. • Mentor project teams and drive adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
