About the Role We are looking for a highly accountable and execution-focused Payroll, Compliance & Audit professional who will own end-to-end payroll operations across multiple legal entities while leading statutory, financial, tax, labor, and internal audits. This role requires someone who goes beyond process execution and takes complete ownership of outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess deep payroll expertise, strong knowledge of statutory compliances, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and error-free delivery.
