Role & responsibilities • Oversee multiple learning programs by leveraging various digital platforms. • Implement and promote initiatives to accommodate diverse learning styles and schedules, enabling learners to engage at their own pace without compromising on client commitments. • Actively collaborate with business leaders to understand the contextual needs, ensuring learning solutions are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. • Curate and develop content that encourages self-discovery and curiosity-driven learning, fostering a deeper understanding of subject matter and enabling problem-solving skills that align with the organizational culture. • Create and manage knowledge assets such as case studies, reading materials, and interactive assignments, ensuring they are designed to be scalable, modular, and reusable. • Lead and facilitate peer learning initiatives by leveraging internal expertise, nurturing a community approach to learning that is grounded in the organizations mentorship culture. • Identify and manage partnerships that can supplement internal learning efforts, ensuring external collaborators align with the companys ethos and provide value where internal expertise may fall short. • Implement learning interventions that emphasize strengths-based development, helping learners identify and leverage their strengths for overall growth and project readiness. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions contribute to business impact and readiness for future projects, using data to track effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes. • Design learning programs that are forward-thinking and scalable, ensuring they can adapt to the dynamic business environment. • Consider long-term trends and future needs in the learning design process, optimizing the return on investment of learning resources. Preferred candidate profile • Experience Range: 7 to 10 years • Education: Engineering or MBA (preferably in HR or Marketing) • Experience in L&D preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has a strong passion for Learning & Development and Knowledge Management. • Proficient with digital learning platforms, demonstrating an understanding of how to leverage technology for effective learning. • Knowledge of Instructional Design is advantageous, but not mandatory. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on solutioning, content curation, and learner engagement. • Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively. • A mindset geared towards continuous learning, curiosity, and applying positive psychology principles in learner development.
