Role & responsibilities Handling inbound calls within the US Healthcare process. Insurance verification and benefits investigation. Patient enrollment and support services. Processing patient applications and eligibility verification. Coordinating with healthcare providers, patients, and specialty pharmacies. Supporting patient care and reimbursement programs. Maintaining accurate documentation and case records. Preferred candidate profile 2- 4 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Voice Process. Experience handling inbound calling in healthcare operations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.
