Job description

Key Responsibilities : • Conduct physiotherapy assessments and design individualized rehab plans, with a focus on osteo-rehabilitation (joint replacement, fractures, osteoarthritis, post-surgical recovery) • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and pain management • Work closely with physicians and the broader care team to align rehab goals with each member's overall treatment plan • Track patient progress, document sessions in the EMR, and adjust care plans based on outcomes • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management • Support group or functional training sessions where relevant Requirements & Qualifications: • Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT), preferably with an Orthopedics/Musculoskeletal specialization • Demonstrated experience in osteo-rehabilitation — joint, bone, or post-surgical recovery • Valid physiotherapy council registration • Strong communication skills to counsel patients and families through recovery • Comfortable working full onsite shifts, Monday to Saturday
