**Job Description** We are urgently hiring a **Planning Head** for a large-scale **High-Rise Residential/Hotel Construction Projects** based at **Lucknow / Noida and Sonipat** The role requires strong expertise in **project planning, scheduling, monitoring, recovery planning, and coordination** for high-rise/hotel construction projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and manage master construction schedules - Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules & look-ahead plans - Monitor project progress and identify schedule slippages - Conduct delay analysis and suggest corrective actions - Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors & PMC - Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and progress reports - Manage resource planning and project tracking - Ensure timely project execution as per project milestones - Support EOT and claims documentation Required Skills - Strong experience in High-Rise Residential Projects - MS Project (MSP) Mandatory - Primavera P6 knowledge preferred - Knowledge of CPM & project scheduling - Recovery planning & forecasting experience - Strong stakeholder coordination skills Candidate Profile - Experience: 15+ Years - Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Civil - NICMAR qualification preferred - Experience in reputed real estate/construction companies preferred - Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred Job Details Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Construction / High Rise Projects/ Hotel Projects
