Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners. • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts. • Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps. • Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution. • Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma. • Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates. • Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations. • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies. • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes **Ideal Candidate** **Mandatory Skills:** • 3–7 years of experience as PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Project Coordinator. • Experience working on DMS (Dealer Management System / Document Management System) applications. • Strong expertise in preparing BRD, SRS, FRD, Use Case Documents, and User Documentation. • Hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and business process mapping. • Working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and requirement visualization. • Strong stakeholder and partner management experience. • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies. • Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification creation. • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. **Perks, Benefits & Culture** Our people define our passion and our audacious, incredibly rewarding achievements.
