HCL Invites Non-Tech freshers/entry-level candidates Graduates for the position of Process Associate in our Gurugram location. This role involves supporting various operational processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Responsibilities • Assist in daily operations and process management • Support team members in achieving departmental goals • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills. • Assisting Customers on Order Management related Queries. Skills and Qualifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work in a team environment • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Problem-solving skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
