Process Trainer - Collateralized Loan Obligation

Role & responsibilities • Design and deliver process-specific training programs for CLO Operations and Banking Services. • Conduct pre-process, refresher, and new hire trainings along with assessments and certifications. • Monitor OJT performance, provide coaching, and track post-certification effectiveness. • Identify training needs based on process updates, system changes, and business requirements. • Develop training content, process maps, and knowledge enhancement modules. • Conduct monthly PKTs and maintain training records. • Collaborate with onsite stakeholders for process transitions, clarifications, and training requirements. Preferred candidate profile Required Experience: • 1+ year of Training experience. • 2+ years of experience in CLO Operations, Loan Administration, or Structured Finance Operations. • Experience in team handling/training management preferred. Domain Expertise: • CLO Lifecycle & Notice Processing • Leveraged Loan Administration • Loan Trade Settlement & Reconciliation • Interest Rate Resets, Paydowns & Corporate Actions • Credit Agreements & Loan Documentation • Cash Flow Waterfalls & Tranche Hierarchy • Regulatory & Compliance Requirements in CLO Operations Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with CDO Suite, NEP Live, Bloomberg, Citrix, Entrust, MS Excel/Macros, and MS Visio. • Strong understanding of CLO structures, cash flow waterfalls, investor servicing, and notice management. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Skills: • Process improvement and training module development. • Experience supporting US-based banking clients. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel as per business requirements.
