Key Responsibilities • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT. • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major vehicle breakdowns. • Provide technical support to mechanics during field visits. • Conduct field audits and submit failure analysis reports. • Coordinate with the R&D team for product improvements and engineering updates. • Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECR) across field vehicles. • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed on time. • Train and mentor mechanics on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service procedures. • Improve vehicle uptime and service quality through continuous process improvements. Candidate Profile • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering. • 25 years of experience in EV, Automotive, or Commercial Vehicle service operations. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. • Good understanding of vehicle systems and service processes. • Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for field support.
