**Role Overview:** Lead structured factory readiness activities and ongoing build execution support to ensure stable production ramp without execution disruption. **Key Responsibilities:** **Factory Readiness** - Own space planning and layout freeze with IE and Facility - Validate utilities readiness including power, ESD, compressed air, and IT hardware infra - Coordinate production equipment installation sequencing - Ensure manpower planning and training readiness prior to pilot builds - Drive closure of readiness gaps before build release **Build Execution & Ramp Stabilization** - Lead build support and ramp tracking - Ensure 4M alignment (Man, Machine, Material, Method) during early ramp - Lead daily build reviews during pilot and early MP phase **Functional Interaction:** Facility, IE, Engineering/TPM, Quality, HR, Operations **Business Impact:** Ensures readiness gaps are closed before SOP and ramp instability is minimized **Experience:** 10-18 Years in EMS or electronics manufacturing with exposure to factory setup and ramp **Education:** B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering
