**Title: Program Control Lead – Execution & Systems** **Location: Narsapura, Kola** r **Role Overview:** Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones - Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness - Monitor BOM status and engineering change control - Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones - Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review - Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure **Functional Interaction:** BD, Engineering, SCM, Finance, Facility, HR, Quality, IT **Experience:** 6–10 years in manufacturing program management or execution tracking roles **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech or MBA **Business Impact:** Provides execution visibility and prevents fragmented ramp control
