**Job Description** The Product Manager/Owner will drive FCC product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. They will lead product initiatives, manage regulatory compliance, and engage with stakeholders. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence in compliance solutions for banks and financial institutions. **Responsibilities** - Define and lead FCC product vision, roadmap, and strategy. - Manage product initiatives across AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions Screening, and Transaction Monitoring. - Align product priorities with regulatory requirements and business goals. - Act as the FCC product SME for leadership and clients. - Own end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization. - Translate business needs into product features and user stories. - Prioritize product backlogs and manage roadmap execution (Agile). - Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Operations for successful delivery. - Stay updated on global regulations and financial crime trends. - Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to enhance controls and governance. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or Business. - MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 12-18+ years of experience in Product Management, Compliance Tech, or RegTech. - Deep expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) domain. - Strong understanding of AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions Screening, and Transaction Monitoring. - Experience with global banks, financial institutions, or FinTechs. - Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale product portfolios and regulatory transformation. - Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills. - Ability to drive innovation and digital transformation in the compliance ecosystem. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. **About The Team** eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
