Role Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager Strategy & Alliances to join PRISMs Strategic Initiatives team. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic partnerships, ecosystem alliances, and high-impact cross- functional initiatives that support PRISMs growth, market expansion, and long-term strategic objectives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution by building strong operating rhythms, governance structures, and measurable outcomes across alliances and strategic programs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Program Management Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives aligned with PRISMs growth priorities. Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time with clear ownership, metrics, and outcomes. Strategy & Alliances Support identification, structuring, and execution of strategic alliances and partnerships across industry, ecosystem players, institutions, and external stakeholders. Work closely with business, finance, legal, and operations teams to operationalize partnerships and track impact and value realization. Create structured frameworks to evaluate alliance performance and strategic fit. Stakeholder & External Engagement Establish governance models and engagement frameworks for managing key external stakeholders, partners, and institutions. Enable alignment between internal teams and external partners through clear communication, accountability, and progress tracking. Strategic Narrative & Reputation Enablement Support development of consistent strategic narratives for partners and stakeholders. Set up processes to monitor and manage PRISMs reputation across key external touchpoints, ensuring proactive issue identification and response. Leadership Collaboration Partner closely with Nitin Thakur and other senior leaders to align strategic initiatives and alliances with PRISMs long-term vision. Act as a thought partner to leadership by bringing structure, insights, and execution discipline to complex initiatives. Qualifications: Educational Background Strong academic background with demonstrated strategic and financial understanding. Ability to evaluate business cases, partnership models, and strategic trade-offs. Experience 2-6 years of experience in strategy, program management, strategic alliances, corporate development, or consulting, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments. Skills Strong program management and execution skills with the ability to manage ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics and tracking outcomes.
