Program Manager

Job description

Program & Project Management: • Own and drive end-to-end program execution across multiple operational initiatives. • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones and track progress through Jira. • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and engineering. Business Process Design: • Understand operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and finance. • Translate business processes into structured workflows and system requirements. • Identify inefficiencies and design scalable process improvements. ERP & System Translation: • Convert business process requirements into ERP workflows and system configurations. • Work with product and engineering teams to implement process changes within ERP systems. • Ensure system processes accurately reflect operational requirements. Stakeholder Management: • Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, logistics, and technology. • Communicate program status, risks, and progress to leadership. • Facilitate discussions between business teams and technical teams to align on solutions. Monitoring & Reporting: • Track program metrics and provide periodic status reports. • Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution. • Maintain documentation including process flows, FRDs, and operational playbooks.
