Have you got an appetite for awesome? ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ● Proven ability to effectively manage high-stress situations ● Strong multi-tasking skills to oversee various project elements simultaneously ● Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience guiding teams ● Strategic thinking skills to maintain a big-picture project vision ● Sharp attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy ● Adept at conflict resolution and finding solutions to problems What makes this role meaty? ● Manage relationships and communication with both internal and external project stakeholders ● Conduct detailed site feasibility studies, coordinating with architectural consultants and generating reports for management review ● Oversee design development, collaborating closely with the design team and consultants to monitor progress ● Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for management approval and track project costs against budget ● Plan, schedule, control and monitor multiple projects, including new builds, remodels, and reinvestment initiatives ● Coordinate contracts and procurement for kitchen equipment and work packages ● Provide on-site leadership to direct, guide and coordinate personnel to achieve project targets and quality standards ● Proactively update management on project status, delays, budget overruns and propose solutions ● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners like developers and landlords ● Maintain organized project documentation and implement process improvements ● Ensure stores are handed over to the operations team on schedule and snag-free ● Process payment of invoices and advise on billing ● Handle administrative contract closure, final billing, and generate MIS reports ● Develop master project schedules and oversee contractor schedules, leveraging site supervision for daily monitoring and implementing corrective actions as needed ● Track long lead procurement items to avoid material delays ● Lead monthly management review meetings on project progress We hope that you.. ● Have a bachelor’s (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or NICMAR or PMI certification ● Have knowledge on Construction/Project Management ● Have a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in Retail Fitouts
