Project Manager - Software Delivery Governance

Job description

Key Skills: Reporting, Project Coordination, Project Management, Budgeting, Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops Roles and Responsibilities: • Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple initiatives. • Maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and expense visibility for leadership reviews. • Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level updates on delivery health. • Administer Jira and Confluence content to keep epics, stories, documentation, and governance artifacts current. • Coordinate with engineering and business teams to support release readiness, issue escalation, and process adherence. Skills Required: • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery coordination, or PMO support. • Strong project management and project coordination experience across cross-functional delivery teams. • Hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking for active projects. • Ability to manage project governance, documentation, and delivery metrics in a structured environment. • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams. Good to Have: • Experience in Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, PMO practices, or software delivery lifecycle governance. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
