a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI. • Design, build, and optimize REST APIs and microservices. • Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2, Okta, Azure AD, or similar identity providers. • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, and third-party APIs. • Design and implement caching, rate-limiting, and performance optimization mechanisms using Redis. • Build and enhance data processing workflows including bulk uploads, validation, and data quality checks. • Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval. • Build GenAI-powered applications using LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AI Agent frameworks. • Develop AI agents capable of automating business and infrastructure operations using natural language instructions. • Create reusable frameworks, libraries, and integration patterns to improve development efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to backend services, authentication, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure. • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, deployment, and production support. • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders. Required Skills • Strong experience in Python • Hands-on experience with FastAPI • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices • Experience with PostgreSQL and database design • Experience with Redis caching and rate-limiting • Experience with OAuth2, JWT, Okta, Azure AD, or similar authentication systems • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines • Hands-on experience with Git and Agile methodologies Gen AI Requirements • Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI • Strong understanding of RAG architectures • Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, Embeddings • Experience building AI-powered assistants, copilots, or AI Agents • Understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval optimization Good to Have • Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs • Experience with Azure APIM • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Exposure to enterprise cloud provisioning platforms • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools What We're Looking For • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Ownership mindset with the ability to drive features end-to-end • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments • Passion for backend engineering, cloud technologies, and Generative AI
