**About Flo Mattress** Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality sleep products through advanced manufacturing and quality excellence. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Quality Assurance Executive** to ensure product quality across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspections, process compliance, and defect analysis in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures. - Record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation. - Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. - Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities. - Conduct routine shop-floor quality audits. - Monitor product quality and reduce defects through process improvements. - Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores teams to resolve quality issues. - Assist during internal and external quality audits. - Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials. **Requirements** - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field. - **Experience:** **2–4 years** in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing company. - Good understanding of quality inspection techniques, SOPs, and quality documentation. - Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and basic quality tools will be an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. - Good communication and problem-solving skills Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
