About Flo Mattress Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality sleep products through advanced manufacturing and quality excellence. About the Role We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product quality across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspections, process compliance, and defect analysis in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures. • Record inspection findings and maintain quality documentation. • Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities. • Conduct routine shop-floor quality audits. • Monitor product quality and reduce defects through process improvements. • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores teams to resolve quality issues. • Assist during internal and external quality audits. • Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials. Requirements • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field. • Experience: 2–4 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing company. • Good understanding of quality inspection techniques, SOPs, and quality documentation. • Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and basic quality tools will be an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. • Good communication and problem-solving skills Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
