We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can spot great leaders before everyone else does. If you can close senior talent, handle hiring managers, and somehow convince people with 90-day notice periods to move faster — we want to meet you. What you’ll do • Own leadership and senior-level hiring end-to-end. • Partner with business leaders to understand what they actually need (not just what the JD says). • Build and maintain a strong leadership talent pipeline. • Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and offer closures. • Drive a smooth candidate experience from first call to joining day. • Use data, networks, LinkedIn, and your recruiter instincts to find the right talent. What we’re looking for • 5+ years of recruitment experience , with strong exposure to leadership hiring . • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple critical mandates. • Blue-collar hiring experience is a big plus.
