**Location:** Pune – Weekly travel to factories and contract manufacturing locations **About Flo Mattress** Flo Mattress is a leading D2C sleep solutions brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality sleep products through advanced manufacturing, strong quality standards, and customer-centric design. **About the Role** Flo Mattress is looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead quality systems and process excellence across all manufacturing and contract manufacturing locations. This role will ensure consistent quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead the QC team across multiple sites through regular audits and on-ground quality monitoring. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across all factories and contract manufacturing units. - Develop, implement, and monitor standardized QC processes, SOPs, checklists, and documentation. - Manage, mentor, and train QC Executives across multiple locations. - Conduct regular factory audits and process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints through process improvements. - Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. - Monitor supplier and contract manufacturer quality performance and resolve quality issues. - Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve manufacturing quality. - Prepare quality dashboards, audit reports, and improvement plans for senior management. **Requirements** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - 6–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing. - Experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing or contract manufacturing locations. - Strong knowledge of QC systems, SOPs, audits, RCA, CAPA, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies. - Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel weekly to factories and contract manufacturing sites. **Why Join Flo Mattress?** - Be part of one of India's fast-growing D2C brands. - Lead quality excellence across multiple manufacturing locations. - Work closely with senior leadership to drive process improvements and operational excellence. - Opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth, innovation-driven organization.
