Role & responsibilities • Managing the Quality function for WE Zone. • Creating and implementing quality management framework. • Influencing key stakeholders for continuous quality improvement • Impacting quality by creating systems for Design, FM, Construction to deliver right quality. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement. • Specify Quality requirements for Raw materials with suppliers. • Conduct QA training for all departments periodically and ensure that contractors are in compliance with quality systems. • Introduce and implement new quality management methods to ensure high level of Quality. • Research new design options to improve quality • Conduct site visits. • Interact with site project teams to understand quality issues. • Create internal audit and external audit. • Review existing SOPs and methods. Preferred candidate profile 1. 18+ years of experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry. 2. Should have worked in high rise projects. 3. Multiple projects experience mandatory.
