**Key Roles & Responsibilities:** Understanding the drwawing/qualtification/BOQ preparation. **Tech:** Architect/Interiors Designer or Civil Engineer 1)Candidate should be from Interior Fit-out background only. 2)Having 4-5 years of experience in QS, commercial project would be advanced . 3)Technical sound knowledge for Designer, Architect, Draftsman or Engineers. 4)Able to brief the scope of work as per proposed drawing. 5)Preparation the detail specification of product/items. 6)Preparation of the BOQ from CAD or 3D presentation with clarify the items. 7)Knowledge of UOM (Unit of Measurement) 8)Availability of material and its resources from market standard. 9)Knowledge of row material and their base rate. 10)Rate analysis for the variance type of /standard/customized items.
