Job Description Talent Acquisition Human Resources Experience: 4–6 Years Industry: Hospitals / Healthcare / Medical Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition – Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition for the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital recruitment, statutory compliance, and attendance management, and be willing to travel to nearby locations to support recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection. • Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, references, and other recruitment channels. • Screen and validate candidate profiles to ensure they meet job and organizational requirements. • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. • Travel to nearby locations for recruitment drives, interviews, and other hiring-related activities as required. • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment procedures. • Possess a good understanding of statutory compliances related to labour laws and HR operations. • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation. • Support onboarding, employee documentation, and other day-to-day HR operations. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 4–6 years of HR experience in the Hospital/Healthcare/Medical industry is mandatory. • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. • Good understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws. • Experience in attendance and leave management. • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, references, and employee referrals. • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools is preferred. • Willingness to travel to nearby locations for recruitment activities.
